The purpose is to contribute to human resource development by enabling students to acquire knowledge, skills, and other competencies that support the knowledge and education obtained at university, through practical experience in society as part of the educational curriculum.
The aim of this proposal is to establish a collaborative partnership between HAZIME NEPAL and esteemed BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) colleges in Nepal, providing students with valuable internship opportunities in Japan. This program is designed to offer students hands-on experience in the hospitality industry within an international setting, enhancing their practical skills, cultural understanding, and professional development. To address the pressing issue of employment in Japan, particularly the demand for advanced Japanese language skills required by companies, this initiative focuses on providing early Japanese language education during university studies. The goal is to ensure stable employment opportunities for Nepalese individuals, whose proficiency in Japanese has seen a significant decline in recent years.
By participating in internships in Japan during their studies, individuals can gain firsthand experience with Japanese lifestyles and work practices. This approach equips them to contribute as immediate assets to the workforce upon employment. We provide support to Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) students for internships in Japan and other countries, as well as job placement assistance.
